    This programme is delivered in interactive modules to ensure learning is put into workplace context, resulting in higher knowledge retention and bigger business improvements.

    In addition to the modules above, there will be an ongoing work based project to complete which ensures all learning is put into action and business improvements, growth and productivity gains are achieved. The delegates will present their project proposals at the final meeting to Crownship Developments.  All delegates’ Line Managers will be invited to attend this final presentation.
     
    Upon sucessful completion, you will receive an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management qualification.
