Trade Ability - Property Developers - DIY Plumbing Course
Crownship offers a 5 day (35 hours) plumbing course which is entirely hands on and will suit a wide group of people. You may be looking to complete a course for DIY purposes or considering changing an occupation or simply enhancing your existing trade skill with plumbing trade abilities, Crownship is sure this course will meet your requirements.

| DIY |
| For the DIY specialist we will provide you with the skill, knowledge and confidence to take on basic plumbing jobs around the home. Repairing leaks, renewing taps, and joining into existing pipe work and making alterations to and/or repairing waste systems, hot and cold water systems. We will also cover heating systems, how they work and the practical tasks of replacing or moving radiators. You should even be able to undertake minor works such as plumbing in your own washing machine or fit a new wash basin, which may help you avoid hefty bills. |
| Property Developers |
| At some stage in the world of Property Development you will need to make alterations to heating, hot water, cold water and sanitation systems, even complete bathroom refits. This course will provide you with the skills to carry out most, if not all of the plumbing tasks yourself: a real time and cost saver. |
| Trade Abilities |
| Picking up alternative trade skills is a bonus as long as the work meets exacting Trade Standards. You may be a joiner, bricklayer, electrician etc providing services, new installations or alterations on behalf of your employer or customer. The ability to carry out simple plumbing tasks efficiently and effectively will enhance the craft services you provide. |
