I started working for Amvale Air-conditioning Ltd with no experience of air-conditioning whatsoever, although I have a business to business background I needed to gain some basic knowledge of air-conditioning, and that is when I contact Crownship.
 
Following an Introduction to Air-conditioning/Refrigeration course I attended with Mark Moncaster at Crownship Technical in Hull, I received the basic knowledge I required, and left armed with information I could quickly put to work. Mark gave me his contact details should I require further information, which I have to say I took him up on.
 
The air-conditioning business is mind blowing with information, rules and regulations and with the F-Gas rules being what they are, the information has to be delivered in a correct manner, and when I didn't have the answer I contacted Crownship who have been more than happy to help me with my queries.
