When it comes to Health and Safety no two businesses are alike. Over the years Crownship has developed an understanding of how to interpret organisations complex differences, level of development and implementation of health and safety. The words Health & Safety are both used and misused, it therefore becomes very important in the training to find the most effective ways to achieve improvement that will work for the individual organisation.

In each of our specialist areas, professional trainers relate to their personal experiences, expertise and trainer skills to inspire and encourage learners, not only to acquire new skills and qualifications, but also to transfer their new skills and abilities into the workplace to make practical operational improvements.

Customised Training
Crownship appreciates that in certain situations companies will require bespoke training to be developed to meet their particular demands.

Further information

Below are the Health and Safety courses run at Crownship.

Recent Example
Crownship recently developed training relating to ‘photo-electric cell light barriers'. This was required to comply with Health and Safety Executive standards. It involved utilising our engineering expertise to design a ‘rig' to explain the current set-up together with ‘on the job' training of safe working practices with photo-electric cells and health and safety knowledge. As a result the compliance was achieved and the standards were put into place.
