Electricians of the twenty-first century are faced with a world of continuous changes based on a modern society, which is constantly expanding the capabilities of the electrical world we live in. The electrical industry is not only having to cope with the many challenges for an electrician to hold an ever-expanding range of qualifications but also coping with new and continuously updated regulations.

The electrical department of Crownship Technical has responded to the challenges and changes by re-equipping the electrical lab, obtaining additional accreditation to deliver qualifications and ensuring our staff are capable and competent to carry out the training.

Cost Effective Services
Many organisations invest in training initiatives, but frequently fail to realise the expected benefits. In some cases this is as a result of an underestimation of the need to move beyond training and on into achieving commercial competence.

Electrical multi-skilling, cross-skilling and electrical awareness courses are a prime example where Crownship's bespoke product development will ensure the investment in training achieves the business objective of creating a highly efficient, flexible and skilled workforce.

Emphasis On Safety……..

Indeed, nowhere is this more the case than with electrical training where statutory requirements are stringent.

We ensure those who are responsible for managing the work of employees, subsequent to training, need to be confidant that the legal duty to ensure employee competency has been met.

Meeting the relevant statutory requirements for safety is an integral part of both the training and on the job assessment of commercial competence.
