    This programme is delivered in interactive modules to ensure learning is put into workplace context, resulting in higher knowledge retention and bigger business improvements.
     
    How and what will I learn?
     
    The programme is broken downs into a number of modules which cover essential learning for the junior manager in addition to mandatory sessions needed to gain the ILM Certificate in First Line Management.
     
    Each module will have interactive home study workbooks to complete with assignments and integrated practical activities to complete. Your tutor will be on hand throughout your study to provide support and guidance at any point.
     
    Assignments will be carried out throughout the programme. Completion of a Change Management Report, Work Based Assignment and Continuing Professional Development Plan are required to ensure learning has taken place and achieve the Certificate.
