Changes to ACS - CPA1

 

Due to recent publication of BS 6798, BS 5871-4 and the number of appliances being installed requiring the use of Flue Gas Analysis equipment during commissioning and maintenance, the ACS assessment CEN1 and HTR1 will require candidates to have demonstrated their competence in the use of flue gas analysis equipment.

This means that as from February 1st 2010 candidates will only be able to undertake CEN1 and HTR1 if they hold CPA1, this will apply to both initial and re-assessment.
